Our Client Relations Team
Our Client Relations team members pride themselves in their ability to develop long-term relationships with clients. Perhaps one reason they find those relationships so second nature is the length of time the team has been part of the DeSimone family. The average tenure of Client Relations team members is about six years, unusual in the automotive industry! Our Client Care administrators serve as the first touch point with clients, ensuring that all customer concerns are met in a timely fashion and creating a seamless path of communication between clients and other DeSimone BMW departments.
Part of maintaining relationships with our customers is proving to them time and time again that not only are we there to solve their problems today, but we'll be there in the future, and they can trust us.
